Do you access my SAP system under Advising Plans?

No. Advising Plans are guidance-only. We do not log into your SAP Business One environment.

What’s included in the SAP B1 Support & Administration plans?

Full hands-on SAP B1 support. We access your environment directly to troubleshoot, configure modules, manage users, perform minor enhancements, and provide functional and technical support. The Standard Annual Plan supports up to 2 databases and 100 users. The Enterprise Annual Plan supports larger environments.

What is the difference between Advising and Support & Administration?

Advising Plans provide remote functional and technical guidance without system access. Support & Administration Plans are hands-on and include full environment access.

Do you support Boyum B1UP and Print & Delivery?

Yes. Full functional and technical support for both B1UP and Print & Delivery is included across all plans.

How do users request support?

Through our ticketing system—users can submit tickets through the portal or automatically create tickets by emailing our support address.

Do you offer Custom Services?

Yes. We offer tailored services for custom reports, mass uploads, new print forms, automation, integrations, and project-based consulting.

What if my company has more than 2 databases or more than 100 users?

This qualifies for the Enterprise versions of our Advising or Support & Administration plans.

Do you assist with implementations or upgrades?

Yes. Implementation, upgrade, and migration support is available through our Custom Services.
